Baby Isaac

This past weekend Mary got to meet her little cousin, Isaac. Because we had Mary late in life all Mary's first cousins range from 12 to 36 years older than her. They are all adults and have their own lives. But she does get to have fun with her cousins kids. On my husband's side she has 2 cousins removed that are only a few years older than her and she had a lot of fun playing with them a couple of Thanksgivings ago when they came to visit. Now my niece, Sherri, and her husband, Jeremy, have a little baby 6 years younger than her. He was born a couple of weeks after Mary's 6th birthday. We were so excited to meet him for the first time when his folks came up to visit my sister and brother-in-law, Isaac's grandparents. As I mentioned in an earlier post that Mary loves babies! So she was super excited. She got to hold him and do some dance moves for him.

When my niece was first pregnant with Isaac before they knew if the baby was going to be a boy or girl, I thought she might be having a girl.  Well she didn't but she sure had a cute little boy that looks so much like her when she was a baby.
